In 11 years, it has gone through three stages-first as a single IT operation, followed by business diversification, then on to a conglomerate. Golden Elements has created several companies like KIWI SYSTEMS, GOLDEN LIGHT HI-TECH, GOLDEN WIND SOLUTIONS and DAYU ENERGY in different industries. With its deep understanding of enterprise management and mechanism, Golden Elements Group has been able to design its own corporate governance structure, where much emphasis is given to the “people” factor, providing broad career development platforms for all employees, and inspiring enterprise vitality. Golden Elements Group employs a parent-subsidiary company structure with diversified business development. Consisting of IT, New Energy, Traditional Energy Products Trading, and Multi-Culture Exchange Solutions, all divisions interact with each other in a positive way. Kiwi Systems was founded in 2003, and it is an innovative enterprise in the field of telecommunication service, providing "Voice over the Internet Protocol" (VOIP) products and solutions. Golden Light Hi-Tech was established in 2010, and it is group’s new adventure in new energy product development. Golden Light Hi-Tech is specialized in researching and developing energy storage materials, and manufacturing Lithium Hexafluorophosphate and rechargeable Lithium Ion battery electrolytes. The Group started to engage in traditional energy product trade in 2012, and it’s mainly focus on international trade of crude oil and fuel oil. Under the growing trend of international cultural exchange, the Group established Golden Wind Solutions in 2013 to operate the business in creating global connection and solutions for film TV production, post-production, music production, film TV costume design as well as other related cultural exchange.
